National Education Board of Nepal (NEB) is getting prepared to publicize the result of SEE 2080 within the second week of Ashad, 2081. Students who had appeared the exam are all either tensed or excited. Here’s what they must know to be fully ready to check their results:
This year onwards, until further changes declaration, SEE results will follow the arrangements stated in Letter Grading Guidelines, 2078. Unlike previous system, in this system, students ought to get minimum of 35% of marks in theoretical exams of each subject (i.e. Minimum of 26.25 out of total marks of 75) and minimum of 40% in internal assessment (i.e. Minimum of 10 marks out of 25 marks). Otherwise, they will be getting ‘NG’ (Not Graded) in that particular subject.

From this year, students will be graded in eight categories: A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D and NG. Students getting maximum of two NGs will be provided the chance to take the grade improvement examination. However, if they get NG in more than two subjects, they will have to take the SEE exam yet again in the following year (i.e. students getting more than two NGs in SEE 2080 will have to appear in SEE 2081).
